Development projects on vacant land and larger redevelopment projects typically require a staff review and public comment period before the applicant can break ground. Projects currently under review are listed below along with associated application materials.

The applicant is proposing an addition to an existing industrial building on a 2.68-acre site.

20-18-PRD Warren White PRD - 712 13th Street

The applicant is proposing a 16-lot single family subdivision as a Planned Residential Development on an approximately 3-acre site near Blackmans Lake.  The project includes grading, utilities, a private roadway, infrastructure improvements, open space, and wetland mitigation for impacts to buffers.

16-18-PRD  Ludwig Road PRD - 820 Ludwig Road

The applicant is proposing a 29-lot single family subdivision as a Planned Residential Development on an approximately 9.4 acre site.  The project includes grading, utilities, a new public roadway, frontage and infrastructure improvements, designation of open space, and wetland mitigation for impacts to buffers and filling two small wetlands on the site.  Permits from separate agencies are required for the proposed fill.

15-18-PP  Bickford Townhomes Unit Lot Subdivision - 2425/2501 Bickford Ave

The applicant is proposing a 30-unit townhome development.  The project is being proposed as a unit lot subdivision, which allows for individual sale of multi-family units.  The project includes grading, utilities, frontage and infrastructure improvements, and wetland mitigation for impacts to buffers.

13-17-SDP / VAR  Site preparation at 1200 Bonneville Avenue

The applicant is proposing grading activities, construction of a wall, parking lot, frontage and utility improvements to prepare the site for an unknown future use.  No buildings are proposed at this time.  A critical areas variance is required for proposed impacts to wetland buffers.
